HANDLING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove all packaging and place on a serving plate. Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 3 hours. Once defrosted store in a cool ambient dry place away from direct sunlight. Shelf life once defrosted: Day of defrost + 3 days. Do not refreeze after thawing.
