Microwave Cooking Instructions
MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove outer wrapping from individual pudding. Place pudding upright in a 1.3kW microwave on full power for 1 minute and 10 seconds. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. To serve invert the pudding onto a plate and scrape any excess sauce onto the top of the pudding.
