HANDLING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove outer wrapping from individual pudding. Place pudiing upright in a 1.3kW microwave on full power for 1 min 10 sconds. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. To serve: Invert the pudding onto a plate and scrape any excess sauce onto the top of the pudding.
