HANDLING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN For best results: MICROWAVE FROM FROZEN: Remove slice and place on a microwaveable dish. Cook on Full Power based on a 900W Microwave for approximately 1 Minute 15 Seconds. Alternatively OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN: Place required number of squares onto a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper in a pre-heated oven at 200°C/Gas Mark 6 for approximately 10.5 minutes Do not refreeze after thawing.
