HANDLING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove the required amount from the outer case. Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 2 - 3 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 72 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.
