How we craft our Soda Water at the London Essence Company: By using a carbon filter to purify our water, we are able to minimise the mineral variations present in many other soda waters. This enables us to create a consistently balanced base, enabling our soda water to truly enhance the most premium spirits. It also creates a smooth finish when paired with premium whiskies.

Sparkling Water, Pure Fructose, Acid (Citric Acid), Natural Lemon and Lime Flavouring with other Natural Flavourings, Acidity Regulator (Sodium Citrate), Kumquat Distillate.
