Oven Cooking Instructions
OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES Make up instructions Dry Mix 1lb, 1kg , Whole bag (3.5kg) (7lb 12oz) Cold water approx 10 3/4 fl oz, 660ml , 2.3 Litres, (4pts 1 fl oz) Yield Loaves (454g) 1, 3, 12 Yield Rolls (57g) 14, 29, 100 Method: 1. Place dry mix in a mixing bowl and blend in the required amount of water using a dough hook on slow speed for 2 minutes. 2. Mix for a further 6 minutes on medium speed. 3. Rest the dough for 10 minutes covered with a clean damp teatowel. 4. Then scale into loaves (454g/1lb) or rolls (57g/2oz) as required. 5. Pleace loaves/rolls into tins or onto a baking tray (allow space in between as the rolls will double in size). 6. Cover witha damp teatowel and put in a warm place to rpvoe for 35-45 minuts until the dough doubles in size. 7. Bake loaves in a pre-heated oven at 220ºC / 450ºF / Gas Mark 7 for 25-30 minutes, rolls 15 - 20 minutes. This is a raw product and must be cooked throughout to a minimum temperature of 75oC for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply national requirement).

Put in a warm place (not too hot) for 30-45 minutes to double in size. 7. Bake loaves at 220ºC / 450ºF / Gas Mark 7 for 25-30 minutes, rolls 15 - 20 minutes. Cooking times may vary. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout.
