Make up instructions: Dry Mix 1lb, 1kg , Whole bag (3.5kg, 7lb 12oz) Cold water approx 2 fl oz, 120ml , 420ml, 14 3/4 floz) Yeild 11, 22 77 (45g (1 1/2oz) Dough Portions) Method: 1. Place dry mix in a mixing bowl and blend in the required amount of water using a beater on slow speed for 1 minute until a dough is formed. 2. Scrape down and mix for a further 1 minute on medium speed. (At this stage fruit, chocolate chips etc. can be added) mix for a further 30 seconds. 3. To portion shape the dough into a roll 2" thick, wrap in cling film then chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes. The dough can be stored in the fridge overnight and used the next day. This dough can also be frozen for up to a week, defrosted then used. 4. Cut the roll into slices and place on a baking tray that's been greased or use silicon/greaseproof paper allow plenty of room for the cookies to spread. 5. Bake at 190ºC / 375ºF / Gas Mark 5 for approximately 6-8 minutes for chewy cokies/10-12 minutes for crisp cookies. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before moving to a cooling rack. Cooking times may vary.
