Oven Cooking Instructions
OVEN COOKING GUIDELINESMake up instructions Dry Mix 1lb, 1kg , Whole bag (3.5kg) , (7lb 12oz) Cold water approx 4 3/4 fl oz, 260ml ,910ml, (33floz) Yeild 10,23,80 (57g (2oz) Dough Portions) Method: 1. Place dry mix in a mixing bowl and blend in the required amount of water using a beater on slow speed until a dough is formed. 2. Leave to rest in a cool place for 5 minutes and then roll out onto a floured surface to 3mm thickness and use as required. 3. Bake all purpose pastry at 200ºC / 400ºF / Gas Mark 6 as necessary. Cooking times may vary.

Make up instructions Dry Mix 1lb, 1kg , Whole bag (3.5kg) , (7lb 12oz) Cold water approx 8 1/4 fl oz, 500ml ,1750ml, (61floz) Yeild 12,26,91 (57g (2oz) Dough Portions) Method: 1. Place dry mix in a mixing bowl, blend in the required amount of water using a whisk on slow speed for 1 minute. 2. Scrape down and mix for a further 5 miutes on medium speed. 3. Use as required and bake for approximately 35 minutes at 190ºC/375ºF / Gas Mark 5 Cooking times may vary. Cooked thoroughly until piping hot throughout.
