Make Up Guidelines: Mix 420g of creme caramel mix with 568ml of cold water. Add this mix to 1.7L of boiling water in a pan. Bring to the boil whilst stirring continuously. Pour the caramel syrup into the base of moulds and slowly pour the heated creme caramel mix on top. Allow to cool, then refrigerate until set. Once prepared, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. Turn out the moulds onto plates to serve. Yield: One 520g pack makes approximately 15 x 185g servings when made up as instructed.
