COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Stir Fry Hob • Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a hot frying pan • Add diced chicken / protein of choice / sliced vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes • Add Peri Peri sauce, stir and simmer for 10 minutes (or until protein is thoroughly cooked) • Can add some chopped tomatoes to reduce heat intensity. • Can also add some double cream / yoghurt to make sauce more creamy Pizza Topper Oven • Lightly spoon Peri Peri sauce onto the prepared pizza base • Add topping of choice • Transfer to preheated oven Pour Over Sauce Hob • Cook meat / fish of choice as per cooking instruction • Heat the Peri Peri sauce in a saucepan over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes • Pour over the cooked meat / fish and serve. Marinade – Prawns / Chicken / Salmon / Beef steaks Oven • Score meat, poultry or fish and cover with marinade • Cover and place in refrigerator for 30minutes. For a more intense flavour leave for 2-3 hours or preferably overnight. • Cook meat, poultry or fish as per cooking instructions, basting throughout. Sauce can also be used as; • Mix with minced beef to make spicy beef burgers or spaghetti bolognese • Mix with cream cheese for a tasty stuffing to chicken breasts • Serve as a spicy dip Check food is piping hot before serving.
