USE TO MAKE SOUP MIX WATER PORTIONS kg litres 0.3 4.08 24 portions 0.625 8.50 50 portions 1.25 17.00 100 portions Whole pack 30.60 180 portions 1. Using the table above, take quantities of soup mix and water to produce the required number of portions 2. Into a pan, add sufficient boiling water to the soup mix, whisk until smooth, and bring to the boil 3. Simmer gently for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally 4. To prepare other portion quantities use 12.5g soup mix and 170 ml of boiling water per portion Left over made up product should be cooled rapidly, stored covered in a refrigerator and used within 24 hours by reheating thoroughly.
