Portico Classic Atlantic MSC Cod Fillets
Delivered skin-on for a 'freshly caught' appearance when served. With pin bone in. Individually frozen to minimise waste. Cod has a low-fat and delicately flaky flesh, and is perfect for pan-frying to serve centre of plate, or deep-frying for traditional fish and chips. White fish is generally mild in taste and firm but flaky in texture when cooked. It's great for baking, steaming, broiling or frying.
