Cook throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement). Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some small bones may remain.

Oven Cooking Instructions
Remove required number of fishcakes from packaging. Place product on a baking tray in a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 220°C/Gas Mark 7 and cook for approximately 15 minutes. Turn once half way through cooking.
Pan Fry Instructions
Fry in hot oil for 8 minutes.
Deep Fry Instructions
Deep fry in hot oil at 180°C for 5 minutes
