SWEET & SALTY SHARING PLATTER

INGREDIENTS

 

METHOD

  1. Arrange the fruit, mini muffins, pretzels and popcorn on a platter, allowing space for the dipping bowls
  2. Place the milk and gold chocolate into separate bowls with 20ml of cream in each
  3. Heat in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds until you have a smooth, creamy chocolate sauce
  4. Once melted, place the chocolate dipping sauces in the middle of the platter
