VIETNAMESE STYLE CHICKEN BAHN-MI BAGUETTE

Ingredients

 

• 4 x cooked par baked single portion baguettes

• 350g sliced cooked roasted chicken

• 60g shredded iceberg lettuce

• Peeled cucumber slices

• 1 carrot julienne

• Coriander sprigs

• Spring onion

• Chilli

• Heinz [Seriously] Good Mayonnaise & Sweet Chilli Sauce

 

 

Method

 

1. Combine pickling liquid and add carrots – leave to stand for approx. 20 minutes - drain

2. Mix approx. 3 parts Heinz Sweet Chilli with one part Heinz [Seriously] Good Mayonnaise

3. Slice baguettes in half and spread both sides with the sauce mixture then layer ingredients neatly on the base

4. Garnish with the coriander sprigs, spring onion & chilli and top with the other half of baguette
