In the 1960s, Anthony Bosc’s grandfather, an Italian emigrant, began sourcing food from home to meet the needs of his local Italian community.
Realising the wider demand for authentic salami, cheese, and pasta, he set up a business. Three generations later, this demand is still met by sourcing exceptional continental charcuterie from trusted Italian and Spanish suppliers, many of whom they’ve worked with for over 30 years.
