Handling instructions
Remove the required amount from the outer case. Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 6-12 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 72 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Food Safety Tips
Cook throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement). If individual products are sold, it is the responsibility of the retailer to add the relevant durability life on the packAlthough every care has been taken to remove all bones some small bones may remain.
