Cook from frozen. Oven 190°C /170°C Fan/Gas Mark 5 - remove sleeve and film lid. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of a pre-heated oven and cook for 50 minutes. Stand for 2 minutes and serve. Microwave 800W - remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Cook on full power for 8 minutes 30 seconds. Stand for 2 minutes. Remove film lid and serve. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
