Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 24 hours.

OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Remove from outer packaging. Remove film wrap. Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 190°C/Gas mark 5 for approximately 15-20 minutes. For fan assisted ovens adjust times accordingly. Allow to stand for 2 minute(s). OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove from outer packaging. Remove film wrap. Microwave Cooking Instructions
MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove the individual frozen product from the outer wrapping and container. Place upright on a suitable serving plate. Microwave on full power for 7-8 min 900W. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
