Handling instructions
Remove the required amount from the outer case. Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 6-12 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 72 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.

MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Microwave on a high setting in a 1.0kW oven for approximately 2 minutes. Stir and then heat for a further 1 minute. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Microwave on a high setting in a 1.0kW oven for approximately 3 minutes and 30 seconds. Stir and then heat for a further 1 minute. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
