Handling instructions
Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 48 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and cook within 12 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Food Safety Tips
Cooking times may vary. Cook throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement).

For best results OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Remove from outer packaging. Remove film wrap from product. Place product on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 180°C/ Gas mark 4 for approximately 12-15 minutes. OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove from outer packaging. Remove film wrap from product and cover with foil. Place product on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 160°C/ Gas mark 3 for approximately 60 minutes. Remove foil after 60 minutes and cook for a further 5 minutes.
