Storage: Keep Frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze after thawing. Freeze and Thawing Guidelines: Allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately... hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Food Safety: Cooking times may vary.This product must be cooked throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement).

Handling Guidelines from frozen: Allow to thaw in a refrigerator for 16 hours. Once defrosted the product should be held in a refrigerator and consumed within 48 hours. Cooking Guidelines. Place into boiling water, bring back to the boil and simmer with a lid for approximately 35 - 40 minutes. Alternatively piece the pouch and microwave on high power in a 1.3kW oven for approximately 5 - 6 minutes, allow to stand for one minute before serving. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout. Cooking Guidelines from Frozen: Place into boiling water, bring back to the boil and simmer with a lid for approximately 45 - 50 minutes. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout.
