Oven cook From Frozen: Preheat oven to 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas Mark 4.Place frozen product on an oiled/non stick tray for 21 minutes.
Pan Fry Instructions
Shallow Fry From Frozen: Preheat a well-oiled pan. Cook from frozen on a medium heat for 9 mins, turning regularly.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS from frozen :OVEN: Preheat oven. Cook on an oiled/non-stick tray for 180°C Electric / Gas Mark 4 (180°C) / 160°C Fan for 12-15 minutes, turning half-way through PAN: Preheat pan. Cook from frozen in a well-oiled pan on a medium heat for 9-10 mins, turning regularly. Best cooked from a pan Lower the cooking time if you are cooking from thawed.
