Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 24 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and cook within 48 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.

OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROSTAllow to thaw in a refrigerator at 1°C to + 5°C for approximately 24 hours.Once defrosted keep refrigerated and cook within 48 hours. Place product on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 180°C/ Gas mark 4 for approximately 20-25 minutes.OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZENPre-heat oven to 180°C/Gas Mark 5. Place product on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for approximately 35-40 minutes.
