For best results, always cook from frozen. All cooking appliances vary; timings are to be used as a guideline only, please adjust times accordingly. Ensure food is piping hot and cooked through prior to serving. Remove outer packaging. HOB:Place 1kg of vegemince into a saucepan and add 330ml of water. Bring to the boil and then simmer gently for 6-8 minutes, stirring frequently, the water will be absorbed approximately halfway through cooking. Next, add approximately 5kg of your favourite sauce to the saucepan and bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes on a medium heat, stirring occasionally. Ensure finished dish reaches a minimum temperature of 75°C before serving.
