COOKING INSTRUCTIONS from frozen :Preferred : (Always cook from frozen) Pre heat frying pan with oil on a medium to high heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes, moving and turning the rashers regularly to avoid burning. Ensure product is piping hot. Alternatively, Cook in preheated oven from frozen. Cook on an oiled/non-stick tray for 220°C Electric / Gas Mark 7 / 200°C Fan for 5-6 minutes brushed/sprayed with oil. Ensure product is piping hot.
