Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 12 hours.

OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Place product on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 200°C/ Gas mark 7 for approximately 15 - 20 minutes. OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Place product on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 180°C/ Gas mark 6 for approximately 30 minutes.
Other Cooking Instructions
TO REHEAT USING A PIE HEATER: Place in a pie heater on high setting for approx. 50 min. Change settings to low, maintain a temperature of 72¯C for approx. 4 hours. These products are baked and frozen. If individual products are sold, it is the responsibility of the retailer to add the relevant durability life of the pack
