OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST For best results serve sausage rolls and cocktail sausages warm. If reheating, heat through and serve immediately. Sausage rolls from defrost: Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated fan assisted oven at 180° C/Gas Mark 4 for approximately 10 minutes, alternatively from frozen, cook at 190°C/ Gas mark 5 for approximately 30 minutes. Cocktail sausages from defrost: Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated fan assisted oven at 180°C/Gas Mark 4 for approximately 10 minutes, alternatively from frozen cook at 190°C/Gas Mark 5 for approximately 18 minutes.
