COOK FROM FROZEN. Guidelines only, appliances may vary. Ensure product is piping hot before serving. Rational Oven: Oven 180°C/356°F Humidity 0% - 8 minutes. Oven: Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Place on baking tray in centre of oven for approx. 10 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Deep Fat Fryer: Pre-heat fryer to 180°C. Place carefully in the fryer and cook for 5 mins. Drain and allow to stand for 1 minute.
