OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Place on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 175°C/Gas Mark 4 and cook for 60 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Microwave Cooking Instructions
MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Microwave product on high setting in a 1.8kW oven for 2 1/2 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Microwave product on defrost setting in a 1.8kW oven for approximately 15 minutes, then on full power for 2 1⁄2 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
