Handling instructions
Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 12 hours.

Oven Cooking Instructions
OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Place product on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated fan oven at 200°C/Gas mark 6 for approximately 25-30 minutes.
Microwave Cooking Instructions
MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Microwave on a high setting in a 1.3kW oven for approximately 4 minutes. Remove from microwave and continue to cook in a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 220°C/Gas mark 7 for 2 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
Other Cooking Instructions
COMBINATION OVEN GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Place product in the centre of a pre-heated combination oven at 225°C on full power for approximately 4 minutes. Allow to stand for approximately 1 minute.
