MICROWAVE GUIDELINES Remove from outer packaging but not the microwavable pot, turn upside down onto microwavable plate. Place in a 1.3kW microwave on full power for 5 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. FROM FROZEN:MICROWAVE: Remove from outer packaging but not from microwaveable pot, turn upside down onto a microwaveable plate. Place into a 1.3kW microwave oven on a medium power setting for 8 minutes. Invert onto a plate and allow to stand for 1 minute.
Other Cooking Instructions
COMBINATION OVEN FROM DEFROST: Place product on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated combination oven at 225°C medium power for 4 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
