Handling instructions
To serve cold: Allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 24 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.

Oven Cooking Instructions
OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove from packaging. Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 200°C/Gas Mark 6 for approximately 20-25 minutes.
Microwave Cooking Instructions
MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove from packaging. Place 1 fillet on a plate and cover with cling film. Microwave on a high setting in a 1.3kwWoven for approximately 1 minute 10 seconds.
