Boneless rolled Pork shoulder is a cost-effective cut, perfect for roasting and full of flavour. Can be finished under the grill for fantastic crackling. This roasting joint has had the bones removed, and is hand rolled and tied by our butchers for easy carving. Pork shoulder has more marbling than leg and really suits slow roasting. Our Specially Selected Scotch Pork is from Quality Meat Scotland certified Farm Assured farms, where animal welfare is of paramount importance.
