PAN-FRY: Fry in a little oil over a medium to high heat for 5-7 Minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked. Oven Bake: Place product on a baking sheet into a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees C. Cook for 8-10 minutes turning halfway through cooking until fully cooked.
