Food Safety Tips
If purchased chilled keep refrigerated.Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on a day of purchase and use within 6 months. Defrost thoroughly and consume within 24 hours. This product may have been frozen and defrosted under controlled conditions.If purchased frozen keep frozen, once defrosted do not refreeze. Use before best before date. Defrost thoroughly and consume within 24 hours.

Oven Cooking Instructions
Oven cook From Chilled: Remove printed label prior to cooking.Wrap the haggis in foil, place in an oven-proof dish with about 2cm of water and heat at 190°C (gas mark 5) for 75 minutes. Remove casing and clips before serving.
Microwave Cooking Instructions
Microwave From Chilled: 800W category ERemove printed label, casing and clips. Cut into pieces and place in a microwave dish. Cover and heat on 'medium' for 20 minutes, stirring once during cooking and once before serving. Microwave ovens vary; adjust times accordingly.
Pan Fry Instructions
Shallow Fry From Chilled: Slice to the desired thickness.Removing casing and fry until piping hot.
Grill Instructions
Grill From Chilled: Slice to the desired thickness.Removing casing and grill until piping hot.
Other Cooking Instructions
Guide Only. Your haggis requires heating until piping hot. Defrost first if frozen.
