John Sheppard Big Bite Burger
Individually made fresh burger. Beef is put through a 8mm mincer plate and into a paddle mixer with meat substitute. Seasoning is mixed with water and added to the beef. The burger mix is then run through a 5mm plate and added to the burger machine to be produced to the required size.
Ingredients:
beef (54%), meat substitute (36%) (mycoprotein (88%), rehydrated free range EGG white, pea fibre, natural caramelised sugar, firming agents: calcium chloride, calcium acetate; gluten free BARLEY malt extract), water (2.5%), seasoning (7.5%) (rice flour, potato starch, salt, red kibbled onion, onion powder, sugar, black pepper, dextrose, yeast extract, preservative (sodium tripolyphosphate), ground paprika, ground white pepper, sodium metabisulphite (SULPHITE), acidity regulator (sodium ascorbate), ground coriander, rapeseed oil, ground ginger)
