Food Safety Tips
This is a raw product and must be cooked throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement).

Oven Cooking Instructions
OVEN: Place on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 200°C/Gas Mark 6 for approximately 25-30 minutes. Turn once halfway through cooking. Sausage may split using oven bake method.
Deep Fry Instructions
DEEP FRY: Deep fry in hot oil at 180°C for approximately 8-9 minutes.
