This is a raw product and must be cooked throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement). Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some small bones may remain.
Cooking instructions
Oven Cooking Instructions
Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 200°C/Gas Mark 6 for approximately 15-20 minutes. Turning once halfway through cooking. Sausage may split using oven bake method.
Deep Fry Instructions
DEEP FRY: Deep fry in hot oil at 180°C for approximately 4-5 minutes.
