COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN: OVEN: Remove from plastic pouch and place on a baking tray in the middle of a pre heat fan assisted oven 200ºc gas mark 6 for approximatley 15-20 minutes. Alternativley Place on a plate and pierce the pouch, Microwave on a low setting in a 1.3kw oven for approximately 4 minutes. Remove from pouch place under a preheated grill at a medium heat for approximately 3-4 minutes until skin is golden if required
