Our improved steak range has been developed with the Chef and consumer in mind. By introducing a Flat Iron, Birchstead Fillet, 10oz Ribeye and our new Sandwich Steaks we can offer more choice but also provide our customers with some great products that help improve efficiency and menu appeal. Our main focus around improving our existing steak range has been to make it easier for Chefs by improving steak consistency within each box and increasing the minimum thickness of a steak. This offers the consumer a better experience and makes it easier to cook a steak to the consumers liking. Our Birchstead range of steaks has had an upgrade too, not only with a new design but moving to 28day aged for improved flavour and Aberdeen Angus named breed.
