Handling instructions
Allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 48 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.
Food Safety Tips
This is a raw product and must be cooked throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement). Cooking times may vary. Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some small bones may remain.

Oven Cooking Instructions
Cooking Instructions From Chilled: Do not remove joint from the roasting bag. Place the joint in a roasting tin and add 1 inch/2.5 cm of water. Then Place the roasting tin in the middle of a preheated oven at 190°, Gas Mark 5 for approx 1hrs and 45 mins. The bag will split towards end of the cooking to allow for browning. Once cooked, allow to stand for approximately 20 minutes before removing the roasting bag and metal clip before carving. Cooking Instructions From Frozen: Do not remove joint from the roasting bag.
