Oven: OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN;Remove from packaging.;Place product on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 200°C/ Gas mark 6 for approximately 45 minutes.;Remove from oven, discard any cooking juices and serve.

Boil in the bag: Heat up pan of water until boiling, bubbling hot. Add the meat pouches to the boiling water and heat for 22 minutes. Remove from boiling water.
