Oropan Rosetta Bread
Traditional ‘rosetta’ rolls from the world famous bakery in Altamura,Puglia. Made with remilled durum wheat and naturally leavened mother dough. No thawing required. Just bake at 190°C for 8 minutes. Ideal for bread baskets and also commonly suited for hotel breakfast buffets. Rosetta comes from the rose flower and it resemble its shape. It is very common to find it in Italy. Delicious Italian rolls made with remilled durum wheat semolina for a heavenly taste experience.
