Traditional ciabatta from the world famous bakery in Altamura,Puglia. Made with durum wheat and naturally leavened mother dough. No thawing required. Just bake at 190°C for 12 minutes. Also known as the ‘king’ of Italian bread. Frozen part-baked ciabatta with durum wheat semolina and mother dough. Naturally leavened in a single portion of 280 grams.
