Allow to defrost at ambient temperature for approximately 15 minutes.

Oven Cooking Instructions
Remove required amount from packaging and allow to defrost at room temperature for approximately 15 minutes. Place on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 200°C/Gas Mark 6 for approximately 4 minutes. Once baked store in a cool dry place and consume within 24 hours.
