Sysco Classic Passion Cake
This two-layer cake with carrot, apple, pineapple and walnuts is filled and covered with lemon cream cheese frosting, and hand-topped with coarsely ground walnuts. Made in the UK and pre-cut to save on time and standardise portion sizes. Ready to serve once thawed.
