Defrost Instructions: Remove from outer carton, leave at ambient temperature (10-21°C) in flow wrap for 2 hours to defrost on a lined bun tray and tempering rack. Do not cover. Defrost away from sources of heat/humidity. Defrost upright. Ready to serve after defrosting, within 5 days. Consume within 24 hours from removal of flow wrap.
