Handling instructions
Handling instructions: From frozen: Remove the required amount from the outer case. Allow to defrost at ambient temperature for approximately 1 to 2 hours. Once defrosted store in a cool ambient dry place away from direct sunlight. Shelf life once defrosted 48 hours

Alternatively to serve warmMICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST : remove from all packaging after defrosting and place onto a microwaveable plate/bowl, then using an 1.8kW microwave, heat on full power for 10-20 seconds.
